It is clean but there are some stains and discolorations. IT isn't cut but there is one spot up by the pedals where a spot did tear a little. Some of the backing is crumbling and pulling away but... It doesn't stink!
$40 + shipping and you don't really want to ship this. It is surprisingly heavy and might not take well to being folded & stuffed in a box.
Located in Columbus GA but I get up to Atlanta often and in a week will be running up 85 to Greenville, SC.
