I've autocrossed my car twice on my cup kit and I won my class both times. Sure it could be stiffer, but its a HUGE improvement over stock.

hey, will this setup work on a 325i vert? and does it come with shocks and springs or just the springs?

Cabby is heavier than a coupe or sedan - I wouldn't run it on such soft spring rates...
