I'm changing directions on an engine build and have a set of new custom M20B25 Hastings piston rings for sale. These are the same style rings that Metric Mechanic uses and what I use in all of my Spec E30 race engine builds (yes my motors are fast). Ring pack includes torsional ductile iron with plasma moly inlay top rings, cast iron scraper second rings and three piece oil control rings. The top and second rings are .010" oversized so they can be properly file fitted. Installed properly on OEM pistons after 400 grit ball hone and these work perfectly (say 155.9ish WHP)...
These rings are an easy choice over stock chrome faced rings as they are much easier to seat, seal better, and are much easier on cylinder walls than OEM rings. Would be great for racing or street engines.
