Vogtland springs and e90 drop hats...sold...

I recently installed GC coilovers on my car so I have a set of vogtland springs and e90 drop hats for sale. The top coil of the front springs were cut by the PO. I will get pics when I get home tonight. 150.00 shipped here is how it sat on the springs. PM me with any questions.

Sorry to clutter you for sale thread, but how do you like the difference in suspension ride? Making the same exact switch this week. Thanks.

Well, honestly I liked the ride better with the vogtland springs. The only reason I went with coilovers was to go lower. I got the coilover conversion kit from GC, sectioned 2 inches from my strut housings and put in koni corrado g60 shocks up front. I have been messing with the adjustment on the shocks and it seems that now I have it dialed in about as close as it will get, but it still has a bouncy ride. Not too bad, but alot worse than the vogtland springs. I went with 440 6 inch springs up front and 650 5 inch springs out back. Im pretty sure though the bouncy ride is just what I get for having a low car. I will either live with it or raise it back up. Here is how it sits now. The rear adjusters are all the way down with the front halfway on the sleeve.

Thanks for getting back to me. Car look good as it's sitting. Ok good info., I hope I can deal with the feel once I get them installed in the next 2 weeks. I was looking for a firmer ride so hopefully it all works out and it isn't too harsh.

What spring rates and shocks did you go with?

Koni adjustables and "street" rates? Didn't double check and call them so pulled the trigger blindly. May regret that come next week but we'll see.
