dang o dang,
Can you make up your mind on what you want??
BTW: Its not a bad lookin jeep and seems to run great
lol - no, I can't.
Here's the thing. I have the cabby, which I've wanted since I was like 12. That's my april-october car.
Now November-march, I have the Wrangler. Granted, it has a hard top, but it's loud as fuck, even with it. That's what wranglers do.
I wanted a Wrangler for the longest time - because they're great to have in the winter, and in the summer, the top and doors come off, and you've got a great year round car.
Problem is, I'm not a one car year round guy. So it's just gonna sit there all summer. Why drive a Jeep Wrangler, ONLY in winter, when I already have and own a built Cherokee? I hand picked every part on the cherokee, from the door handles, to the brush guard, to the leather seats, to the side mirrors. I know if I get into that in the winter, there isn't a single part I'll be tempted to buy or replace on it, aside from maintenance items.
With the Wrangler, I want to lift it, buy different tops for it, change over the hardware and latches to stainless or powdercoated. The temptation is there to upgrade, whereas I already did all that with the cherokee. So the less I spend on my winter car, the more I can spend on my cabby. :)
LMAO- you DONT have to explain to me WHY you cant decide. I KNOW what yeah mean(thast how I ended up w/ 88' iS', 92 cabby, 92' Adui' POS, 89' chevy silverado 4x4 AND 2 86' Honda VFR 700' sport bikes). I didnt relize that chicadee was yours....
