That's a lotttt of money to spend after only seeing one picture. Do you have any build receipts you could post? Parts receipts? All this will help justify your asking price.

Good eye. Doesn't include a fuel rail, so where else would it rest? ;)

The motor comes from a well known Spec E30 engine builder and he stands behind his motors. He'd even install the motor for ya and break it in on his dyno (Danvill, VA 10 minutes from VIR). This motor may not be for street folk. So if you're a Spec E30 (DE or racer) person, this is the motor for you.

Guten can vouch for this motor, we just had a similar motor built and its in the 9k range. One of Marks motor in our Guten SpecE30 car won the national CCA SpecE30 class. He is now building a 2.9 for my personal E30 touring.

It hasn't been in a car or on an engine dyno, so no promises there. However the engine builder speaks very highly of this motor and will stand behind it. He will even install it and dyno break it in/"tune" for a small cost. He is only minutes from VIR (Virginia International Raceway).

Keep in mind that this is a motor built for the spec E30 race series and that it is built to the very limit of the rule set.
