And race bearings if you want more power, they hold more power. If you tried to make a lot of power with stock bearings you'd spin a bearing in no time, also forged internals are recommended if you want a lot of power, but 8-10psi you'll be fine

It's definitely a bottom mount. All of those cast manifolds are for a bottom mount E36 and sell on ebay for $135 http://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-323I-325...784fb6&vxp=mtr

But if you want to make that much power or more it's highly recommended you get racing bearings and a few other things if your not fully building it.
                Better regap your rings first;)

If it was bottom mount you would have to cut a hole in the firewall so the turbo could sit "bottom mount"..... It's top mount if your not buying it stop misleading people please. And I know... It's a cast manifold not a 666 I'm not asking 900 for just a manifold...

Your the one misleading people, not me. I know a little something about manifolds and turbos , go bolt the manifold on the head with turbo and post a pic.
And no I am not buying any of that crap you have for sale, it's worth 400 bucks at best, so go report me now that I'm crapping on your false misleading for sale thread.

Not trying to stir the pot, but I highly doubt That it is a top mount. Post pics of it bolted up and I may be seriously interested.
