not to crap you since they are sold anyway, but i don't think these are oem. i have a few sets of early, late, cabrio, coupe, etc flaps and they don't look anything like these. they should be more 3 dimensional than this.

After doing some research I believe the set being sold in this thread is not OEM...The only part numbers I can pull off of realoem show up designed as the ones flyboyx referenced too.well, here is a thread from someone selling a set of oem's:
