I have a set of 2 front Koni Yellow adjustable shocks/strut inserts for e30. These shocks/struts were used for less than 1000 miles before selling the car. These are in perfectly working condition. The removed yellow paint towards the bottom of the struts was done as per Koni's phone instructions to be able to insert them into the strut housing. Koni said the struts were a very tight fit due to a thick layer of powder coat that they said to remove with the sand paper in order to fit in.
Again, they are in good working condition and were only less than 1000 miles on the car. They are adjustable from the top of the shock. Tirerack typically sells them for about 190 each + s/h.
