I've got a Garrett T28 for sale. Never been used, although someone (ahem, no idea who) started polishing the compressor and didn't finish. 70mm compressor wheel, 0.60 A/R compressor, 0.48 A/R turbine. Oil-cooled journal bearing. Comes with internal wastegate.
