Selling this kit I bought new from Abraham Motorsports for $89+shipping. Cover is slightly scuffed from storage, but otherwise in perfect condition. Contents are unopened.

Why does it have a separate latch, is it to attach it under the seat?

It's mounting hardware that came with it. I'll add photo of back on kit it attaches to tomorrow.
