Not trying to diss on your post bro, but that diff case is off an e28. Did it go from an m3 into an e28 and that's why it's missing the flanges? (flanges are different on an e28) Can you still read the number off the tag?

I received an e28 3.25 diff and switched covers and output flanges. In order to contain the diff and not expose it to the elements I sealed it with the e28 cover. Rest assured it will fit an e30 with the proper flanges and cover.

As far as I know the medium case 4.10 in the m3 was the same as the 4.10 in auto b25 e30s with lsd.

The going rate for those complete with output flanges and cover is about $200-$250 just fyi.
