FS: 027 ecu with Jim C/Turner chip

As the title states. Arguably the best ETA chip out there - most documented gains, and in real life is a night and day difference in an ETA.

$150 shipped in the lower 48. It's a great deal, and you'd be doing your car (and yourself) a big favor!

      Thanks for the bizzump dave.

To quote Jarvis (I'll get his real quote some time)

"I never drove a chipped eta before, and I have to admit that this is a lot of fun. I'm used to driving i's and this is quick - around town, the perfect combination."

I showed an i guy the light ;)

Absolutely - this will be a direct replacement for your current ECU. 20 minute install - just yank the 4 10mm bolts holding your current ecu, unplug the harness, plug this ecu in, bolt back up. Instant gain.

have u ever used reg. fuel (87 octane) with the chip. Does it work with this octane gas? or do you have to use premium fuel all of the time when the chip is in? if i dont use premium fuel will it damage the ecu?

I never used regular fuel with it - mostly I'd use 93, but sometimes 91 octane. Granted, you're paying a bit more, but filling an average 13 gallons you're only putting in $1.60 more per tank - for the power increase and sheer fun factor - it was WELL worth it. Night and day difference.

What's nice is that I'm selling the entire ecu - which means in all of 10 minutes you can go from stock ecu and 87 octane to the chipped ecu and 93 octane whenever you want. So if you're hurting for cash for a couple weeks, throw your old ecu in, and when you're ready to play - throw this one in. Beats buying just the chip for twice the price, as changing the chip is much more involved than this.

For $100, this is THE BEST ETA mod ever. I dare someone to argue.

Thanks Beej - I really can't believe I had to come down so much on price, but I guess that's the way of R3v ;)
