These are, for all intents and purposes, brand new. They've been installed in a car that sat in my garage all winter, never to be pulled out until yesterday, and by then the wires had been removed. Essentially, they've been tested and work great.
They are a nice bright red, all of the wires have white plastic rings with numbers labelling them, the wire guide is in excellent shape (it's brand new - duh!) and the wires are nice and thick.
Nice upgrade for any ETA owner. I paid $100 shipped - you do the same :)
