I have a brand new carpet kit for an e30. Believe it fits both the early model and late model.

It has some sound proof deadening material in the back, it is pretty plush and one of the much better carpet kits I have seen.

I would like to get $180 picked up in Irvine or $230 shipped to the lower 48
