Recently did an s52 obd1 swap in my e30. The M20 was in perfect running condition when pulled, I just wanted more power.
Price: $400
Location: Houston, TX. Local sale only. I have an engine lift, just bring a truck.
Included: Motor/transmission assembly. Engine harness and most sensors, ECU, driveshaft (if wanted). M20 Power steering pump, M20 A/C compressor. Oil cooler and lines. Does not come with shift linkage, transmission brace, and transmission mounts.
Motor has 135k miles on it. Timing belt was replaced 2k miles ago (when I bought the car back in February 2013). Comes with transmission as whole assembly. I'm pretty sure the clutch is original so I would replace it if I were you. I did remove a few pieces from the motor for my s52 swap. Nothing big, items include:

- Brown top coolant temp sensor
- Blue top coolant temp sensor
- Coolant lines (heater core lines)
- Two of the fuel injector metal clips (on the electrical connector)
- Mechanical fan clutch
- Evap purge valve and tubing
- O2 sensor
- Main relay from harness
