In great condition other than the paint flaking off (that's why you see the black spots) I could just spray paint it white, but the paint should be flaked/sanded off and painted to match your car. Has been installed on a car once before. No shipping, sorry. Can be picked up in Riverside or Pomona.

Proof that it fits on plastic bumper cars: Sides aren't tucked in because I would have to take the bumper off, but the stock valence doesn't show. The exhaust and tow hook also line up perfectly.
