This swap was in an E30 for about 2 years and only about 2-3K miles.

When it was swapped in all gaskets except for head gasket were replaced.

Following maintenance was performed as well:
Valve Cover Gasket
Oil Filter Housing Gasket
Water Pump
Thermostat
Aluminum Thermostat Housing
Diff Seals Replaced
Shifter Bushings Replaced
Shift Arm Delrin Bushing


This car made 235 WHP!!!

Pretty good deal for everything needed to swap. Anyone trying to do the swap from scratch will pay more getting their own stuff unless they get deals.. like I did :)

So whats your point? Look at what I am selling and calculate individual cost of those parts. All of them are like new condition and motor has only 70K miles. You can do a swap for $2000 or for $8000, both cars will be "swapped" but they will never be the same.
