              2nd video is mine and I'm still using the x5 shifter with the g260 on my 24v swap. Still love it, couldn't go back to a "shorter" shifter now. Bought a new boot from the ebay top gaiter store and requested they make it a bit longer. Fits great.

                  I agree, this shifter combined with a weighted selector rod is the way to go, we in the US cannot order this part
