Just wondering, why did you remove the cam?

We received the cam as part of a trade. They said they removed it because they were taking the car back to stock to sell.

Does the chip work on early models? Looks like it said 88-93 on it.

              I don't believe so. It's for a late model e30

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe if you swap in the 173 ECU into an early model you can use this chip. So long as it is a manual 325i, of course. Good luck with sale, if it's still around in a week or so I will just have to buy it.

You could also use it on a SETA engine/harness as well so 88 325 and 88 528 are also game FYI, this would be dope for a seta 2.7i setup

That is precisely what i'm building (slowly)....so thie chip thats included is specifically set up for this cam or is it a generic tune? I currently have a stock i cam with 19# injectors , m30 afm, and mark d chip. How streetable is this in comparison to the 272?

Guess I should mention I have a SETA bottom end...too little compression for this cam to be effective?

Would you be willing to separate? I'm only interested in the cam as I already have an adjustable cam gear, and am going the standalone route.
