Sorry man, I wasn't tryin to shit on your thread. I didn't realize you can transfer the diff case from your e30 to a large case from another car. I was under the impression it was only medium cases

The case is not being transferred. This 3.46 differential IS a medium cased differential, its the same case many e30s use (all inline 6's and the M3). As stated before, simply swap on your existing e30 rear cover and pop in your e30 axle stubs from the differential you're replacing and then it become a direct bolt on. Its as simple as that, a 10 minute job to someone doing this for the first time.
