    CA: S52 from 99 M3 176k $1500

Pulled out of my recently totaled 99 M3.

Car was rear ended, was still able to drive it off the freeway(12-11-13), and off the tow truck, then later into my driveway for tear down (3-10-14). Engine still ran fine, no leaks or ticks, but the crankcase vent hose could be replaced.

I drove the car for about a year, somewhere around 10k miles and one track day. I wasn't flogging it at the trackday as I had recently dropped in a new cooling system, suspension bits, and wheels and I wasn't comfortable with pushing the limits just yet.

I have stacks of paperwork from previous owners for maintenance on the car/engine. Most notably the coils and plugs were changed about 15k miles ago.

I'm asking $1500 for the motor, from intake to headers, including harness, dme, oe clutch and flywheel.

Prior to pulling it (you can see the sweaty vent hose from the valve cover):

Waiting for a new owner (tranny is sold):

Not looking to part out the motor. Tranny is sold. Car is gone.
