Euro smilies + headlight assembly + Intensive Wash system + adjustable aim system

This is (as far as I know) everything that you will need to retrofit headlight wipers and adjustable aim. Many of these parts are brand new, some were purchased from ebay.de or eBay.co.uk.

The smilies are clear hellas purchased brand new 1 year ago. They were protected from day 1 with Lamin-X protective film which is still on.

Below is the list of all that's included with prices I paid for all items I purchased brand new:

    - euro grills (necessary for wiper operation)
    - brand new grill seal ($15)
    - headlight assembly
    - smilie Hella lowbeams ($180)
    - Hella highbeams ($160)
    - Headligh pigtails
    - some spare lightbulbs

    - headlamp trim with wiper stops ($200)
    - wipers ($160)
    - wiper stalk with intensive wash function
    - both windshield washer reservoirs (both intensive wash specific)
    - intensive wash relay box
    - wiper motor wiring

    - kick panel with adjustable aim panel hole ($180)
    - adjustable aim panel ($80)
    - adjustable aim panel lighting wiring
    - adjustable aim pump and motors ($150)

If you do the math, there's $1125 worth in just the parts I got brand new...

Please keep in mind that the motors for the wipers have a tendency to get seized if not used for a long time (which is probably the case with these). If they are, a good clean and lube is all they need. The adjustable aim system is very easy to install (but make sure you never disconnect the tubes from the motors!!!). As for the wiper system it's a different story. I never tried to install it completely so I cannot guarantee that all the components work.

    Price: $550 shipped (SOLD!)

Someone brought to my attention that there is also a relay that goes in the fuse box to make the headlight wipers work. If there is, I'm sure I got it as part of the bundle when I bought it from ebay.co.uk. I'll have to dig in my boxes again to try to find it.
