Is this only for the springs. Or also includes the shocks and camber plates?

If these included camber plates and struts and shocks for 430 shipped he would be taking like 800 dollar loss not to mention they would have been gone within the first 10 min of posting. If they were high sprig rates id def want

So if I have Bilstein Sports and H&R Sports, would these be an ok upgrade, to get a little lower and a little harder?

If you're getting meager interest due to the soft rates, or if you want to consider selling the adjuster conversion separately, I might be interested in taking the springs off your hands.

                          H&R race is 315 lbs/in front, 570 lbs/in rear.

The car will still handle great with the slightly softer rear GC rate, that is offered here. You can use them with your Bilstein sports, just pop them on top the stock front perches and spin them down a bit.
