Is it magnetized on the door and panel?
How does it attach to the dash? Pix?
What kind of material is it?
Does it slip under the lid tonneau for fitment?

Yes it's magnetized.
It attaches with some clips in dashboard vents.
It's somekind of boat vinyl. It's definitly excellent quality from the feeling
