Diff is fairly clean, and spins smooth. No grinding, but I've never personally ran this diff.
I will drain the fluid before shipping, and if I were the new owner, I would replace the bushing.
$270 shipped or $200 picked up in Tucson. I would need a few days to get the diff packed safely for shipping, though.
