It is brand new and comes with a replacement front bumper, replacement front fenders, side skirts, rear quarter panel wide fender pieces, front lip and rear bumper section. This is a hand made (Mike Burlas), built to order kit that truly transforms the Miata NB. I have seen a lot of different bumper/side skirts/fender flare set ups on Miata's and none of them compare to this option.
This kit has never been mounted to a car.
