    What else is needed to have a complete swap? Just transmission?

            Transmission (you can probably reuse your e30 parts), cooling system (can probably reuse your e30 parts), exhaust from the headers back, motor mounts/throttle cable. A couple of hours tops at a junkyard and you'll have everything you need.
