I've had this stuff for a little while now, and since I have no AC, and its getting close to summer, thought maybe someone would want it.

As far as I've been told by my AC instructor, no license is required for purchasing a refill can. This is a forum anyway, right..... I mean, yes, we abide by all the EPA laws 8)
