89 Cirrus 325i Sedan Part-out

I picked up an 89 sedan from a friend of mine to make pretty again, but it is just too far gone for me right now. It runs great but the interior is pretty much SHOT due to PO leaving it in the weather with the back window busted out. The fuel pump is GONE because he had left a full tank of gas in the car for 5+ years, but I took the pump out of my 318is and put it into a cup of gas and the car fired right up.

I will get some better pictures as I am about to start tearing it down.

Does it have a 13 button obc? I am in need of one to replace my 6 button. Will need harness and stalk as well.
Does it have a good sunroof motor
Looking for a working dash cluster as well (speed/rpm/fuel/temp/odometer). What kind of cluster is it, VDO or motometer?

It has a manual sunroof and 6 button clock. Let me double check the cluster.

Wait, so is it running, and is the body solid? Why not sell the whole car???

I have no problems selling the whole car, but it is not necessarily running as it sits. The tank is FULL of bad gas and the fuel pump is no good. I also don't have a title.
