What is the difference between euro grills and us grills?

Note that the euro grille is closed above the lights. It adds a more aggressive look. You can see in the photo in post 1 installed on a car.

They also have the holes for headlight wipers.

That's pretty much it. It's a styling thing mostly. The only added functionality is the holes for a wiper system. They improve the look of the front end dramatically.

Yeah, the slats are also a little different as you can tell from the photo, but that's pretty much it.
