For sale is an S52 engine and transmission from a 1999 M3 with 135,000 miles on it that was totaled in an accident impacting the rear of the car.
The engine has a new Stuart metal water pump (6 mos. old) and under drive pulleys. All accessories are included. Engine wiring harness and key ignition are included. The engine burned about a quart of oil between oil changes, and may need new valve seals. Otherwise, it ran great and got about 25 mpg. There were no check engine lights. Fluids were changed regularly. I have a recent Blackstone Labs oil analysis showing good results to go with it.
I'm willing to split the engine and transmission if you do not want both. $1800 for the engine, $500 for the trans. I cannot provide delivery or shipping. Local pickup only in Brighton, MA.
