Feeler to see if there is any interest out there for anybody looking to purchase a used but great condition S52 motor.
The reason for this feeler is because I'm contemplating on a S54 swap. If you are local, you can swing by to check out the motor yourself. The motor is currently installed in my car ('98 M3) so I can provide interested buyers with a video, along with compressioin and leak down test results. The motor currently has roughly 14XK miles, but pulls really hard and runs strong. The head was rebuilt roughly 10K to 20K miles ago and I have the receipt to prove this. I am not including the transmission since I plan to re-use it on my next setup. However, it will come with all accessories, including harness and DME. I can also include CAI and shorty headers for extra.
Looking to get $2,500 picked up (Los Angeles, CA) and additional for shipping.
