FS. IE fixed camber plates with crash mounts

I have had these on my car for about 7 months and they gave me 2.5 degrees negative camber.

IE wants $125 for the plates and $96 for the offset strut mounts

Dumb questions here: 1. How much will this raise the front of my car?
2. Can these be used to dial out some negative camber, for better tire life?

They are 1/4 thick approximatly and are fixed negative at 2.5 degrees.

Basicly the same as having E30 M3 strut mounts, but cheaper.

So they cannot be used to reduce negative camber? I was led to understand that some strut mounts could be used to reduce negative camber by mounting them backwards (or something like that).
