For sale is an original MTech 2 steering wheel.
This one is 385mm, ie the bigger one with the original leather.
Leather is in very good condition, no rips, i would give it 9/10 where 10 is brand new.
The stitches are perfect, 10/10
Everything else is also working perfectly.

Does this come with everything needed to install?

I think it would be the same size. They are about 390mm.
All you need to mount is it is the nut. It is not included, but you can reuse yours.

The airbag wheel on my '90 is 385mm. I wish I had known this before buying my Nardi Woodline wheel. My gauges are hard to see now.
