    Custom Replica BMW Ads

In my spare time I have made a few replica BMW ads for my past photography clients. I am now going to offer custom printed ads to the members of r3v. I have uploaded six different ads I have done, each meticulously designed to look as period correct as possible. PLEASE keep in mind r3v only allows a file size that is nowhere near full resolution, the actual files are as sharp as can be.

PRICE: Each custom print, along with the jpeg emailed to you, will cost $35 shipped to your door, or $20 just for the file emailed to you. The size will be somewhere around 11x17; each ad is different and some styles (like the newer generation ads) are squared to a size such as 14x14, while others elongated to a size such as 11x19.

DESIGN: I can make it exactly how you request it, or you can give me full creative reign and before I print it, I’ll send you a preview to confirm its to your liking, whichever method you prefer. You can choose the era in which I create the ad to resemble, the words in the larger bodies of text, the words in the smaller bodies of text such as the slogans and specs off to the corners, and every other little aspect of the ad. The ad is 100% custom and done to your liking. You want the ad to say “799 hp”? or “The Ultimate Drifting Machine”? Lets do it.

    How this works:

    - You send me the picture of your car you want me to use (higher res pictures will obviously help for ads that are being printed).
    - You tell me the specifics of how you want your ad to look.
    - I spend a few days putting your ad together.
    - You confirm you are okay with the final product.
    - I ship out the print via usps with tracking number.
    - You recieve it and pin it on your garage wall for all your buddies to envy.

I have worked very hard at studying BMW ads from all generations to get things like the page layouts and even the exact font exactly how they use to be. The extremely realistic look of these prints mixed with your own custom touches will without a doubt create something you enjoy looking at.

For any guys in the LA area: if you don’t have any high res pictures of your car that you think will look good on a large print, you can book a shoot with me and il’l give you an awesome deal on a full shoot shoot/custom print.

No longer doing just an initial run of five, I'm just making them as their ordered.

Thanks guys! Lets see how this goes!

For this ad, I aged the photo as well as textured the paper and aged the edges. The text is all fact and the fine print is word for word from an actual 1600 ad. All aspects of this design are exactly period correct.

Did I mention a German ad was an option? for all you guys with euro mods! "Take the kids to school, go to the market, then hit the nurburgring". Still aged, but not as much as the previous ad. All aspects of this ad are exactly period correct.

The 90s ads became a bit more minimal with short slogans rather than long bodies of text. This ad has not been aged, but a bit of digital noise has been added to give it that 90s look. All aspects of this ad are exactly period correct.

The transition into the new millennium brought slight differences such as a logo change but the layout stood similar. Now no aging or adding of grain is being done. All aspects of this ad are exactly period correct.

The mid 2000s brought a huge change to the layout and is still being used today. The two white boxes in the corners have become iconic for BMW. While the boxes have been added we still see the use of short phrases to persuade the consumer. All aspects of this ad are exactly period correct.

In today's ads we no longer have text, aside from the boxes, in the middle of the photo. We instead have a separate portion of the ad at the bottom where we have bodies of text talking about the car, as well as some branding off to the corner.

thanks so much man! i appreciate that very very much. if you really get three i'd definitley give you a discount.

maybe you can even get one while your cars under construction, a cool picture of you underneath it with tools everywhere would still make for a cool ad! i'd enjoy doing that.
