Overall good condition, with some threads fraying closer to the bottom. Comes with horn button in centre and 6 button hub that I believe is fairly universal for aftermarket steering wheels.

$70 would be a fair price for just the hub/hardware. I like the wheel too (but unfortunately have no need for it). GLWS.
