I recently acquired a set of Eibach lowering springs. They are M3 specific, however they can be run on any e30: it's only the drop characteristics that change.
I recently called Eibach themselves to ID the setup; it came back as a discontinued M3 spring.
Removed from a crashed '89 M3 with 96k miles. Actual mileage on the springs is presumably unknown.
Part numbers are:
2017.101 (Front)
2017.002 (Rear)
Spring Rates
120# (Front)
323# (Rear)
Drop on the s14 (and m42) was rated at about 1" all around, however on m20 cars, the front drop is more dramatic (at least 1.25" and up to 1.5")
I wanted to run them myself, but if someone wanted them at $150 shipped for the set, I'd be willing to part with them
I'll get pictures tomorrow
