FS: NY - Brand New BavAuto Ceramic Coated Long Tube Headers and Mid Pipes

I'm thinking of selling my BavAuto Long Tube Headers and Mid-Pipes from the last group buy, which probably won't happen again.

    SOLD

I hope you get what you paid, but surely you can't expect someone to pick the headers up from you in NYC and then effectively pay for them to be shipped to you as well as pay for your paypal payment. These are costs associated with getting the exhaust sections into your hands, not the actual cost of the item itself.

This would make more sense if you were offering them at $850 paypaled and shipped from NYC to the lower 48. Or picked up for $850 - $100 = $750 which would be the actual cost of the item.

Now if you are arguing that these have somehow appreciated in value since the group buy then by all means, $850 it is.

Those PayPal fees are not my fee's for prospective buyers. those are the fee's that the group by organizer had asked to pay, which have been paid for already.

I am by no means trying to make any money on these headers, and will likely take a loss on them. I am not in a rush to sell these, but they've been sitting in my basement unused, so if someone gives me a good offer they can take them.

Anyway, if anyone is actually interested in the headers you can pm me about shipping and pickup prices and etc. If not you can wait and see if another group buy is going to happen and you have an idea of what you will expect to pay.
              Thanks.

If you seriously think you are going to get a better set of prepped, ready to bolt in headers for cheaper I wish you luck. What he paid for his headers is less than I paid for both sets of mine. This is a good deal. GLWS. And whoever gets these will be more than satisfied.

I know they aren't fees for prospective buyers, they are the fees YOU paid to have paypal's protection when originally buying the headers. They were a fee that you paid to paypal not costs intrinsic to the headers themselves. Sorry if there was confusion in the way that I said it earlier.

I in no way mentioned anything about the quality of these headers or the availability of other headers, not the point of my post. The point was that JFar posted about what the cost of the headers themselves were based on the group buy that was done for these. The OP then posted a list of the costs associated with the headers (not the intrinsic costs, the associated costs, there is a difference here). I was commenting on that.

I guess ultimately I should have just said, nice headers, good luck rather than pointing out an inconsistency. Either way, they are nice headers, there really isn't anything comparable to these on the market or the aftermarket so they should sell.
