I've looked into it a little more and I think you are right. The Ev03 comes with an ERK (the riser, screws and ring). What I have is either an Evo2 or an Evo3 without the ERK.
It came with an e30 that I had, and was installed without an ERK. It worked perfectly fine and felt great.
