I don't get small base ones normally, but next time I'll see if I can get you one.

I'm pretty sure they all light up, double check your wiring. It is also possible that the bulbs could be shot

Ok, well this isn't really the best thread to come to for tech support. I believe there are two grounds on a blue base switch, is it possible you didnt connect one of them?
