SOLD
Continuing with the sale of my parts, I have most of the front half of a 5-lug setup for sale.
These are the complete front strut, spindle and control arm assemblies, from a 1998 M3 which was rear-ended at 70k miles. As such, they are completely bolt-on to your E30, you just need to replace the top spring perch with the one from the E30. Given that these are genuine 1998 M3 parts, there will be no caster issues as with other E36 swaps. Springs are the same diameter and E36M3 Bilstein shocks are the same valve rate, so you can reuse your own E30 performance struts and springs! Needless to say, the parts are in excellent shape.
Included:
L+R entire strut assembly, including OE strut, spindle and spring. Good sway bar end links are included, and the ABS sensor wiring was not damaged.
L+R control arm, including lollipops and CAB mounts
L+R front caliper and bracket, moves freely. Line ends still attached
What you will need to complete the swap:
-E30M3 or 1995 E36M3 offset CABs
-E36M3 pads
-E36M3 rotors
That's it!
I've also got the rear E36M3 calipers with line ends. To complete the 5-lug swap on all 4 corners, you'll need either Max399's setup for E46 non-M rear brakes (no parking brake) or my hybrid setup, which consists of:
-2x Z4 3.0 rear hubs
-2x E36M3 rotors
-2x E36M3 pads
User ngampleh is helping me design adapters to mount the calipers on the stock E30 trailing arms. The Z4 hubs fit right into the E30 bearings, and you'll be able to retain parking brake. I will of course give you all the information I have in this regard.
If you already have the E36Ti rear swap parts, I have a spare pair of E30M3 rear calipers (no brackets, sadly) I can substitute for the E36M3 rear calipers.
Price: $450 for the front parts, $500 with either the E36M3 or E30M3 rear calipers. I'm in no hurry to sell, but a reasonable offer will not be refused. Located in Oakville, Canada but can ship anywhere at cost.
Pics to come forthwith, once I return to my garage. PM me with your email address for details.
