hmm, so pretty much you gotta cut off the stock ear of the diff cover and you bolt the bracket on right? i might just make my own then, even though i have no need for it now. looks like such a sweet fucking piece to have. any chance you could get more pics of it? sorry to be off-topic on your FS thread, i've never seen anything like this for e30's

Requires no cutting. Only modification required is drilling holes in the trunk. Unfortunately those are the only pictures I have of it. When I sell the diff i can get you plenty of pictures of it.

It's goes on the right side of the diff to add a second ear to mount to the trunk floor, it's sold as part of Garret's ls1 swap kit, which he doesn't do for a living so communication can be slow at times but good stuff is often worth the wait.
