I have a Automatic Transmission out of a 325i from 91, shifted fine from January when I bought the car to May when I started my swap.
For the trans I'm asking 100$, for 150$ I can give you everything that goes with it (driveshaft, gear selector)
I have a Driver side mirror (green) (30$) . I also have a driver side glass (50$)
Unfortunately the transmission is very expensive to ship, so someone local to central FL would be great.
