[SOLD] FS: Full M20 Turbo Setup

You might remember this kit being for sale over the summer. Well I agreed to sell it and payment hasn't worked out yet so I need to evaluate other options. Let me know if you're interested so we can work something out.

    Full Turbo "Kit" $2750 OBO

    - Send me a PM if you would be interested in shipping.
    - Not looking to part out

    Here's what is included:
    • Full Megasquirt 2 setup
      • MS2 v 3.0 ECU
      • Setup for MAP
      • Standalone fuel/spark
      • Wasted spark/Coil-on-plug hybrid with m50 coil packs and BIP373 coil drivers
      • MSD 8.5mm super conductor wires (comes with two extra wires and all the parts the wires came with)
      • Jeep stepper IAC (motor 4 months old) and housing for full idle control
      • Custom harness, but plug and play into body harness
      • Open element IAT
      • Has a safe conservative tune for a stock B25 (will put base fuel map in as well so it has a safe fuel map)
      • The ECU setup all fits in the stock location in the glovebox, you can cover it up with the stock cover as well so the glovebox is clean
    • AEM wideband
    • Bosch 42lb injectors
    • ARP headstuds (used once)
    • Tial 38mm wastegate with 8lb spring
    • Tial 44mm blow off valve
    • Boost controller
    • CXracing full size intercooler and all piping (fully fits behind front valence with some trimming)
    • Oil filter relocation and aftermarket oil cooler (All AN fittings and lines) (I had it routed so the oil filter hangs where the A/C dryer used to be, this makes oil changes convenient!)
    • E motor oil filter stud (so you can use the oil filter relocation setup on B25s)
    • Turbo feed and 2 return lines (one 90 degree angle, one greater)
    • Boost gauge, voltage gauge, oil pressure gauge, and wideband gauge in center vent housing (this broke when being removed, I'll order you a new one though)
    • Oil pressure sensor
    • Saikou michi catch can with 3/4" hoses (less than 3 months old) S3-OCC
    • Modified throttle body to plug and seal unneeded holes w/ m50 TPS
    • Oil pan tapped with AN return bung (welded)
    • Turbo blanket and spark plug wire protectors
    • V-band downpipe wrapped in titanium exhaust wrap
    • Full 3” straight pipe exhaust from downpipe to back of car
    • Top mount turbo manifold
    • 885 head that was rebuilt 3 years ago that has everything bolted to it already (I'll throw in the block too, but it has low compression in one cylinder)
    • “Holset H1C” eBay Turbo (4 months old)
    • All vacuum hoses cut to the length for my car
    • Angled 3” silicon intake hose with 3/4” bung for catch can output
    • Spectre 3” air filter
    • Old tuning laptop with tunerstudio MS licensed ($60)

    Here's what you WOULD need:
    • MLS headgasket (or o-ringed block and standard headgasket)
    • Spark plugs (I'd recommend NGK BPR73S ~$2/each at Autozone)
    • Gaskets (oil pan at least, exhaust + throttle body depending on if you buy my head)

    Pictures:

With those things you'd have a fully running turbo E30. I ran this setup on stock internals @ 12psi for about 7 months with no issues. I've never had the setup on a dyno before, however at 8psi in a vert the car was faster than a Cobalt SS that dynoed at 270HP and an e34 540i.

If you have any questions let me know.

Another note: A full M20 is included with this but one cylinder has low compression due to ring failure. If you don't have a motor currently I have a fully running M20B25 with 150k I can throw in for the bottom end. Let me know if that would interest you.

Located in Chicago IL or West Lafayette IN, but both are pretty far from you. I would be willing to drive some if that was a deciding factor for anyone.

Also if anyone is serious about shipping I could probably get the whole thing besides exhaust shipped on a pallet to a distribution center near you. I would really like to avoid that but if it comes to that it is an option.
        Thanks,
        Matt
