I won these originally at 5erWest this last year. I was going to run them in the e30 I purchased after the fact, however I could not get my m20 to run right and it is being replaced with a m52. I've heard great things about these mounts from the people who are running them and its a shame I didn't get the chance to run them. They are $150 new, I'm asking $85 shipped. Below is the details on eurometrics page about these mounts.
"These will reduce the rotational movement of an m20 within the chassis and will drastically improve "shift feel". The OEM m20 mount bushings can de-laminate and under heavy load and hard shifts the intake manifold can actually hit the underside of the hood, resulting in a ghetto turbo bubble. With the design these bushings, this is virtually impossible as the tensile strength is over 100x greater than the OEM design, and will not lose tensile strength over time either. These are the only mount bushings that I know exist that will work with the e21 323i aluminum motor mount arms. The e30 mount bushings available by others will not work in an e21 due to the thicker aluminum mount arms. Price is for one pair, complete for one vehicle."
