For sale are a pair of E30 tweeters. One had a broken wire that I tried to fix and quickly found out you can't. I removed it from the housing but it separated at the base for part of it. So I'd consider one only good for parts but the other is perfect with no broken pins or anything! I tested it and it worked fine. The broken one can be used for the housing if doing custom tweeters or you might be able to figure out how to fix it!
