I did find a Mtech I kit for a vert about two years back after a long and hard search all over the world, found it in Britain and it was cheap too but I backed out after seeing the cost of shipping it to Iceland where I live. And yes, I still regret not buying it.

When I come to think of it, the guy selling the kit had two Mtech I vert kits, at least two 2dr/4dr Mtech I kits, some Mtech II kits and a shitload of E30 parts.
