I have two kits ready to go to make your 318is have the 9 button OBC. Each kit will consist of the following:
1) 13 button obc in mint condition (all tabs etc.)
2) Coding plug for the 318is (type 4.01) 55 dollars new from bma, also a special order, backordered from germany
3) working harness w/turn signal (faded lettering, but whose arent?)
Also, i replaced the illiumination light bulbs.
So pretty much as new of a kit as can be found
Also these are tested and 100% guaranteed to work. Looking to get $130 shipped for each
