^^^ I seen two types of Alpina m20 headers. I seen long type on e21 Alpina and early e30 Alpina. E30 Alpina C2.7 made 210 hp.

Unless these have a CARB EO number (they don't), they are not smog legal.
HOWEVER, if your smog guy is cool and you have the heat shield on, you'll probably pass visual.
If you have an anal jerk for a smog guy, he'll fail you in a second.
Or you can do what I do and swap out your headers for stock manifold and exhaust every 2 years, then swap back after the test.
